Competitive Athlete

Built for athletes actively competing or preparing for competition.

This tier provides higher training frequency and a more individualized approach to sport-specific strength and conditioning. Sessions emphasize force production, speed, power, and energy system development relevant to the athlete’s sport. Priority scheduling and increased coaching attention are included.

Best for: Active competitors who require targeted performance development.

Fighter Prep

A high-commitment tier reserved for combat sports athletes in camp or structured off-camp preparation.

Training is tailored to the specific demands of the athlete’s discipline, weight class, and competition timeline. Emphasis is placed on performance transfer, fatigue management, and injury risk reduction. Access is limited and requires coach approval to ensure proper fit and readiness.
